We’re going to be honest with you here…brownies are not hard to make from scratch. Even gluten free ones. Brownie substitutes can be made with as little as 4-5 simple ingredients. That being said, sometimes we just don’t have the time. And when that’s the case, pre-mades and mixes can be much more convenient. Consider adding a few bonus ingredients to your mixes when you bake. Perhaps some toasted coconut or some walnuts. Get creative!
